Our Noosa Retreat is designed to escape from every day stresses, providing you time to relax and unwind. Staying in the beautiful untouched Noosa North Shore, you will leave feeling connected, recharged and energised. Not to mention some new Mum friends!

What to expect after confirming your session...
When you have confirmed your session with us, you will be contacted by Rachel to have a chat!

This will enable us to get an understanding of your current situation and give us the opportunity to explain everything you need to know.

Before you commence your session in the park, we also check for Diastasis Recti (Abdominal Separation - a postnatal condition) to ensure we are confident, you are returning to exercise safely.


On arrival at the park...
Our Nannies will be on hand ready to take over. While some of our younger babies may be happy to stay in their pram, we also have a play pen, along with a small selection of toys for your little ones to play with. The children will be in sight so you will be able to check on them throughout your session, comforting or feeding them if required. In the case your child is extremely unsettled our Nanny will come to advise, so no need to worry. We are flexible in our classes and just want our mums and babies to be happy. 

Our fitness sessions...
Having a phone chat prior to commencing the session really helps us understand each of our mums. Therefore enabling us to adapt the exercises we offer in our group training with very much an individual feel.

The exercises will include a combination of functional strength training and cardio, ensuring the exercises are safe and gentle on the pelvic floor, while restoring core strength and postural alignment.

Once we are confident this has been restored on the inside, you will be able to increase the intensity of your workout and week on week, will begin noticing a difference in your overall well-being.
