Hey mama!

During 2020, as you know COVID happened, which meant my face to face business had to pivot and adapt to an online platform. So our mum community could still train (and stay both physically and mentally fit) I recorded exercise sessions for them to do at home. Over a period of time I collected a number of recordings and I'd love to share some with you for FREE. 

I'll be honest, they may not be as perfect as I would have liked, with the exact lighting or setting but I had to let go of my perfectionism to just get it done! I soon learned my mums didn't care about the fancy editing and music, instead they knew it was exercise that was suitable for their body and have access on demand. No equipment needed!
