In 2016 I had my daughter and as time went on, noticed my body shape had changed so much. More significantly my bum, it had become flat and saggy and I just accepted that was the way it was now because I’d had a child. Of course our body changes, gosh, we have just grown and birthed another human and body acceptance is huge in this process. But after 4 years I challenged my own way of thinking, why should we just accept that this is the way it is now because we have given birth or we are getting older? We shouldn’t!
This program encompasses strength exercises with low intensity steady state cardio, as well as meals to compliment the training. This is my own regime and it works! I've made it easy for you to follow and will suit the busiest of mums with achievable steps. So with all of this in mind I used my expertise as a Postnatal Coach and experience as a time poor mum to design a plan which targeted my own problem areas.
I hold Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and am Safe Return to Exercise Accredited. I am a Certified Advanced Postnatal Specialist & Wellness Practitioner and commit to continuing my education within the Fitness Industry, upholding this standard as an AusActive member and Mumsafe Trainer.
